This notice explains how and to what extent your personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data I process
I process the information needed to provide my services: identification details (name, surname, title), contact details (email, phone, address), and information relating to the services (property details, cadastral area, ownership record, parcel numbers, valuation purpose, notes and photographs or documents you choose to attach).
Purposes of processing
Your data are processed to enter into and perform contracts, communicate about orders and services, comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting requirements, and protect the legitimate interests of the controller, for example when recovering debts.
Legal bases
Processing is based on performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, compliance with a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c), or the legitimate interests of the controller under Article 6(1)(f).
Retention
I retain your data only as long as necessary: for the duration of the contractual relationship, subsequently for periods required by applicable accounting, tax or other legislation, or for the duration of a legitimate interest such as debt recovery.
Your rights under the GDPR
You may request access to your personal data, correction or erasure where legally applicable, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing and lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) if you believe your data are being processed contrary to the GDPR.

Enquiry form and attachments
Your name, phone number and email are needed to handle your enquiry. Property details and attachments are voluntary. Please send only documents relevant to the valuation. The details and attachments are delivered by email through Resend to odhadyvachuska@gmail.com and stored in that mailbox; the files are not made publicly accessible. Resend and Google provide email delivery and mailbox services. Their privacy policies explain their processing, including any international transfers.
