How can a valuation help?

I value each property separately according to its characteristics and actual sales of comparable properties.

The result is a breakdown of the individual property values and their combined value.

The valuation can be used, for example, for an agreement in which one co-owner takes the house and another takes land or a different property. If the values of the transferred assets differ, the agreement may also include financial compensation.

What do I need for the valuation?

To begin with, property addresses or ownership sheet numbers (LV) and the relevant cadastral areas are sufficient.

We then clarify which properties should be valued and whether the valuation is for an agreement between the co-owners or another purpose.
