What is needed?
- House or apartment: address, or the ownership sheet number (LV) and cadastral area.
- Land: ownership sheet number (LV) and the relevant cadastral area.
- Other buildings: parcel number and cadastral area.
- Several properties: the ownership sheet numbers (LV) and their cadastral areas.
- The deceased’s date of death.
For houses, apartments and other buildings, I send a short questionnaire about their condition and ask for selected photographs.
