To quote a fee, I first need to know what the property is, where it is located and the valuation date (the date of death). For several properties, it is best to provide the ownership sheet numbers (LV) and the relevant cadastral areas.
Based on this information, I assess the scope of work and quote a specific fee, which we always agree before work begins.
What does the valuation contain?
A valuation for Czech inheritance proceedings has a shorter structure than a full valuation report. The value calculation itself usually remains the same and is based on actual sales of comparable properties.
