How does the valuation work?

To determine market value, I use actual sales of comparable properties. I account for their location, size, condition and other characteristics that affect the resulting value.

If the valuation is prepared a considerable time after the death, I also account for property price changes over the relevant period.

What do I need for the valuation?

To begin with, I need the basic property identification details and the date of death.

For houses, apartments and other buildings, I may ask for information about their condition and selected photographs. We clarify any further details according to the particular property.
